Job summary

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Paralegal for its Frisco office, to work with senior partners in a dynamic environment. This full-time role involves supporting a busy litigation practice, drafting legal documents, and managing electronic documents.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in construction litigation, along with a Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate. A hybrid schedule is offered, accommodating candidates who prefer to work onsite.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a Paralegal with a focus on construction litigation, commercial litigation, and/or insurance defense litigation.
• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred.
• Proficiency with Relativity and Elite 3E is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support a busy surety and construction litigation practice with high-volume matters.
• Draft, review, and organize pleadings, discovery responses, and exhibits.

As the Paralegal, you will work directly with senior partners and be part of a tight-knit, well-established group. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being busy, working closely with partners, and building real relationships with clients. This opportunity is direct hire, full-time, and offers a hybrid schedule but welcomes candidates who prefer to be onsite.
