Patagonia Retail Supervisor at Vail Resorts is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service per company standards, driving sales, merchandising, and protecting company assets. You will act as store department lead and ensure inventory levels are appropriate.

Starting wage ranges from $23.00/hr to $26.88/hr for a Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 role, with full-time hours available and a requirement to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Snow sport industry experience preferred.
• Fluent English communication required (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of products and trends within the industry.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends.
• Must lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales and provide professional guest service.
• Open and close store.
• Evaluate sales trends and drive sales growth.
• Manage inventory control for retail and rental and meet inventory goals.
• Enforce cash handling and loss prevention policies.
• Lead sales floor team and rental process.
• Train and mentor sales team with effective communication.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Ensure pricing and promotions are current and accurate.
• Stock shelves and merchandise.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Specifications:

Job Responsibilities:

• Previous snow sport industry experience - preferred

• Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends - required
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

The expected pay range is$23.00/hr - $26.88/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
