Job summary

GO KIDS INC in Salinas, CA is seeking a Parents As Teachers (PAT) Home Visitor to support families with children from prenatal to age 3 within the SSP collaborative team. You will handle outreach, intake, screenings and data entry while coordinating with CalWORKs staff and community partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; may consider equivalent experience.
• Two to three years’ experience with children/families; multi-cultural experience a plus.
• Bilingual/Bicultural in Spanish/English desirable; fingerprint and background clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Outreach to CalWORKs families of children 0–3 and distribute promotional materials.
• Provide orientation to CWES staff about Home Visiting services.
• Conduct child screening using ASQ3/ASQ-SE2 and maintain data entry and HIPAA-compliant records.
• Provide at least two home visits per month and coordinate with PAT Care Coordinator/ CWES staff.
• Participate in DSS meetings and refer families to appropriate services.
