Family & Children’s Agency (FCA) is seeking a Parents as Teachers (PAT) educator to conduct home visits with families in Norwalk and surrounding areas. The role emphasizes parent-child interaction, development-centered parenting, and family well-being within a federally supported PAT model.

Qualifikationen

• Bilingual Spanish speaking is required.
• Minimum associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience working with ethnically diverse families with young children under six years.
• Experience delivering home visits in the home and community sites.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours and flexible schedule.
• Valid Connecticut driver’s license and own vehicle; insurance.
• Ability to work as part of a team; highly organized and self-motivated.
