Family Connections, Inc. seeks a Parents As Teachers Parent Educator to deliver PAT curriculum in Essex County families in their homes.

You will maintain ongoing relationships with 18 families, conduct hour-long visits, support family strengths, and help connect families to community resources. Requirements include a Bachelor's in Early Childhood, experience with 0-5 families, and strong communication and organizational skills; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood or related field.
• Experience delivering evidence-based curricula and community outreach.
• Maturity and experience with children 0-5 and their families (2+ years).

Responsabilités

• Maintain a regular, long-term relationship with 18 families.
• Conduct home visits for one hour using the PAT curriculum.
• Assist families in goal setting using the PAT Goal Plan.
• Perform outreach to recruit families at health fairs, OB-GYN offices, libraries, and churches.
