The role requires a professional diploma in Food ProductionPastry and 2–3 years in a similar five‑star hotel environment, plus strong organizational and creative skills. GCC experience is preferred.

Formación

• Degree professional diploma in Food Production with pastry specialization.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as Pastry Chef in a five‑star hotel or similar.
• GCC experience is a must with 5 stars hotels brands.

Responsabilidades

• Efficiently run the pastry department in line with Hyatt's standards and financial goals.
• Function as Production Manager for all pastry and bakery products to support outlets and banquets.
