Job summary

Pascal Le Boulanger is seeking an experienced baker to join our on-site bake shop in Colorado. The role involves preparing dough, baking breads and pastries, decorating cakes and running production to meet custom orders.

The candidate will supervise kitchen staff, draw up schedules, and ensure all products meet our quality standards. A formal apprenticeship or equivalent experience is required, with 3–5 years in baking preferred.
