• 0-1 year of professional pastry or baking experience (internships accepted).
• Basic understanding of pastry techniques and terminology.
• Strong desire to grow and develop professionally.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Team player with excellent attitude and work ethic.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in preparing and baking pastries, breads, cookies, and desserts.
• Support daily mise en place for restaurants, banquets, and in-room dining.
• Follow recipes, portioning, and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized pastry workstation.
• Practice proper food handling, storage, and sanitation (HACCP compliant).
• Label and rotate all food items to ensure freshness and reduce waste.
• Assist with seasonal, holiday, and special event pastry preparation.
• Work closely with senior pastry staff to learn techniques and improve skills.
• Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Regular attendance in conformance with standards.
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
• Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
