Job description

Chef Andrew Carmellini and Chef Deborah Racicot's team is seeking dedicated and passionate PASTRY COOKS to join them at LOCANDA VERDE, our neighborhood taverna serving Chef Andrew Carmellini's soul-satisfying urban Italian menu located in Robert DeNiro's TriBeCa hotel, The Greenwich.

Ideal Candidates:

  1. Have excellent baking skills.
  2. Have experience on dessert stations in the kitchen.
  3. Are passionate about hospitality, pastry, and baking.
  4. Are able to lift 25 lbs or more.
  5. Are able to prepare and execute key components of dishes.
  6. Support their fellow cooks.

The pay range for the position is $18 - $22 per hour.
