The Hilton San Diego Bayfront is seeking a talented Pastry Cook. The culinary team requires candidates with at least 2 years of professional baking experience, along with strong communication and team-building skills.
A Pastry Cook is responsible for creating, preparing, producing, and baking pastries, breads, rolls, and desserts for the hotel's food and beverage outlets, aiming to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure financial profitability.
Wage: $29.13 per hour
Schedule: This role requires open availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What will I be doing?
As a Pastry Cook, your responsibilities include creating, preparing, producing, and baking all pastries, breads, rolls, and desserts, maintaining cleanliness, complying with food sanitation standards, stocking and proper storage, developing new products, practicing correct food handling, displaying baked goods, and preparing daily requisitions.
