Overview

The Hilton San Diego Bayfront is seeking a talented Pastry Cook! The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of professional baking experience, with strong communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, prepare, produce, and bake pastries, breads, rolls, and desserts for food and beverage outlets.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food sanitation standards.
• Stock and store supplies properly, ensuring proper refrigeration.
• Develop new menu items for a-la-carte and catering.
• Follow food handling and storage regulations.
• Display baked goods on mobile carts as per specifications.
• Prepare daily requisitions for supplies.

Compensation & Schedule

Wage: $29.13 per hour

Schedule: Flexible, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
