Formación

• Knowledge of pastry techniques and cooking methods.
• Three years minimum cooking experience in a standalone restaurant or hotel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to collaborate with a team and communicate effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare high-quality food products for restaurant and banquets per menus and standards.
• Regularly restock supplies and maintain area cleanliness.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely prep and execution.
• Collaborate to meet production goals and ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with training new kitchen staff.
• Supervise pastry cooks and kitchen staff; mentor as needed.
• Create and innovate new menu items and specials.
• Maintain knowledge of sanitation standards and culinary techniques.
• Fulfill guest orders timely with attention to detail.
• Deliver on guests' expectations and WOW moments.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
