Qualifications

• Ability to collaborate with the kitchen team and communicate clearly.
• Minimum three years cooking experience in a standalone restaurant or hotel.
• Luxury hotel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the highest quality food products for the restaurant and banquets per menu and hotel standards.
• Regularly restock kitchen supplies and maintain cleanliness of your area.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and execution of orders.
• Collaborate with associates to meet production goals and smooth operations.
• Assist with training new kitchen staff.
• Supervise and mentor pastry cooks and kitchen staff, offering guidance.
• Create and innovate new menu items and specials while maintaining culinary techniques.
• Maintain deep knowledge of food products and sanitation standards to execute at the highest level.
