Job summary

Northwood Hospitality LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Baker to produce a wide range of breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts for hotel guests. You will prepare doughs, batters, and fillings, bake items to standard, and decorate finished goods.

You will maintain clean workspaces, follow food safety regulations, and collaborate with the culinary team to develop new items and specials. Previous bakery experience and a Food Handler's Certificate are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Baker or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to follow recipes and measurements accurately.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Food Handler's Certificate (required).

Responsibilities
