Horseshoe Bay Resort in Texas is seeking a Pastry Cook to join the Banquets Culinary Team. You will prepare pastries, desserts, and baked goods for resort events and daily operations, ensuring top quality, beautiful presentation, and strict sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all Food & Beverage policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Position Summary

The Pastry Cook is responsible for preparing and decorating pastries, desserts, baked goods, and specialty items according to established recipes and production standards. This position supports banquet and resort operations by ensuring consistent product quality, exceptional presentation, and compliance with food safety and sanitation requirements.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, or a related field.
• Two (2) years of professional pastry or culinary experience.
• OSHA Hazard Communication training or certification.
