• Basic skills in Excel and Word to create spreadsheets and proposals.
• Adaptive interpersonal communication across all staff levels.
• Proficiency in English reading, writing and speaking.
• Ability to calculate menu ingredients and manage inventory.

Responsibilities

• Uphold company values and lead pastry team with strong collaboration.
• Partner with Executive Chef and F+B team to deliver best guest experience.
• Coach team to ensure pastry integrity, cleanliness, and kitchen efficiency.
• Design and execute pastry items for all hotel outlets including Banquets and Restaurants.
• Balance flavors, temperatures, texture, and menu flow for guests.
• Mentor team, address issues, and support talent development for succession.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise culinary associates.
• Inspect facilities and coordinate with engineering for improvements.
• Maintain open communication with leadership to align on priorities.
