Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check function sheets and requisitions; prepare daily task list.
• Prepare mise en place for the day.
• Rotate stock to minimize waste and spoilage.
• Assist in supervision/training of other cooks.
• Keep the kitchen clean and adhere to health and safety standards.
• Report suspicious persons in the kitchen.
• Organize outlet orders and needs.
