Prestige Greeters in Los Angeles is seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to create a variety of desserts and pastries that reflect our Indian cuisine. You will develop and execute creative recipes and supervise daily pastry production, ensuring consistency and high quality across all desserts.

You will manage inventory, train junior staff, ensure timely delivery of desserts, and maintain strict food safety and kitchen cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in an Indian restaurant or similar setting.
• Knowledge of traditional Indian dessert recipes and techniques
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Good communication skills
