The role requires at least 5 years of pastry experience in Indian cuisine, strong leadership and teamwork skills, and the ability to maintain high quality in a fast-paced environment. Open to candidates of all nationalities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Pastry Chef specializing in Indian cuisine.
• Extensive knowledge of traditional Indian flavors, ingredients and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Degree or certification in culinary arts or pastry making is preferred.
