We are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team at a high-end Indian restaurant in Las Vegas As an Indian Pastry Chef you will be responsible for preparing a variety of authentic Indian desserts and sweets in addition to creating new and innovative seasonal menus

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present a wide range of traditional and modern Indian desserts including Gulab Jamun Ras Malai Kheer and more
• Create new dessert recipes that incorporate local ingredients and cater to specific dietary preferences
• Ensure all desserts are prepared to the highest standards of taste presentation and quality
• Train and supervise other pastry staff members
• Manage inventory and ordering of pastry supplies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all health and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or relevant role in an Indian restaurant
• In-depth knowledge of traditional Indian desserts and sweets
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop new dessert recipes
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills in English Hindi proficiency is a plus
• Must be able to legally work in the United States

Salary We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per week based on experience

Location This position is located in the vibrant city of Las Vegas known for its diverse culinary scene

Candidates must be willing to relocate if not already living in or near Las Vegas
