We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Pastry Chef you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and develop new recipes for various desserts, pastries and baked goods
• Prepare and bake a wide variety of items including cakes, cookies, pies, tarts, breads, and more
• Decorate pastries using different techniques such as icing, glazing, and piping
• Ensure all products are made according to high-quality standards and within budget
• Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies needed for pastry production
• Train and supervise assistant pastry chefs in preparation techniques
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new techniques

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience in pastry arts
• Knowledge of baking techniques, measurements, and ingredients
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Creativity in developing new recipes and decorating pastries
• Strong time management skills to meet production deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Compensation
