Foodland Super Market Ltd, operating Sullivan Family Kitchen (SFK), is seeking a Pastry Baker to join our kitchen operations in Hawaii. The ideal candidate will demonstrate pastry expertise, positive attitude, and the ability to handle physical demands such as lifting 30-50 lbs and standing for long periods.

Available shifts include Monday through Sunday with full-time open availability. TB clearance and a high school diploma are required; prior baking experience is preferred and relocation

*Hiring bonus amount varies by position and location and will be paid according to the terms and conditions of the company’s hiring bonus program. Bonus payments are subject to any/all applicable taxes. New hire must start working between 07/27/2026 through 09/27/2026 to be eligible for the hiring bonus. Hiring bonus will be paid in installments based upon duration of continued employment. New hires must work at least 120 days to receive full payment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Requires 2+ years of hands‑on bakery and pastry experience.
• Utilize Pastry/Baking techniques in food preparation.
• Accurately measure ingredients using specialized equipment.
• Manage and oversee large batch production, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with the team to uphold cleanliness and organization in the Pastry Team.
• Contribute ideas and expertise to enhance our pastry offerings.
• Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude within the kitchen environment.

Available Shifts:

• Monday – Sunday (5 days on, 2 days off)
• Full-Time positions require open availability.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent is a prerequisite.
• Previous baking experience is preferred.
• Tuberculosis (TB) Clearance is mandatory.
• Adherence to all company policies and requirements is essential.
