Job summary

Foodland Super Market Ltd, operating Sullivan Family Kitchen (SFK), is seeking a Pastry Baker to join our kitchen operations in Hawaii. The ideal candidate will demonstrate pastry expertise, positive attitude, and the ability to handle physical demands such as lifting 30-50 lbs and standing for long periods.

Available shifts include Monday through Sunday with full-time open availability. TB clearance and a high school diploma are required; prior baking experience is preferred and relocation

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on bakery and pastry experience required.
• TB Clearance is mandatory.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Adherence to company policies and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pastries using standard pastry techniques.
• Measure ingredients with precision using equipment.
• Manage large batch production ensuring quality and consistency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Pastry Team.
• Collaborate with team and contribute ideas to pastry offerings.
