Decorate and finish desserts with attention to quality, consistency, and presentation.
Measure, mix and prepare ingredients with portion control.
Ensure products meet Hyatt standards for taste, freshness and appearance.
Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation per food safety guidelines.
Store, label, and rotate products using FIFO procedures.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to culinary leadership.
Work with culinary team to support resort dining outlets and banquet operations.
