Fisher Island Club is seeking a Cook I for Pasta Chef duties in our La Trattoria Italian restaurant. The role requires planning, prepping, and delivering high-quality dishes with precise execution and teamwork in a luxury resort kitchen on Fisher Island, FL.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate.
• 3 years experience in the culinary field
• Ability to communicate in English with guests, co-workers, and management.
• Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
• Must pass with satisfactory results, a cooking demo for the chef.
• Culinary college degree
• Sanitation Certificate.
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages

Mansioni

• Plan, prep, set up, and provide quality service in all areas of food production.
• Maintain and organize station and equipment in a neat, orderly fashion.
• Follow established recipes and plating guides to exact specifications.
• Communicate with Sous Chef and Kitchen leadership regarding status and special dietary needs.
