Job summary

Fisher Island Club is seeking a Chef de Cuisine for its Towncenter outlets in a full-time capacity. You will lead culinary operations, create menus using regional and seasonal ingredients, and collaborate with the Executive Chef and Purchasing Manager to source specialty items.

The role requires strong English communication, experience across restaurant stations, and a focus on quality, cost control, and staff development in a luxury resort environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent vocational training required.
• Culinary college degree preferred/international cuisine experience advantageous.
• Sanitation Certificate or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Create and oversee the execution of the restaurant menu.
• Work with Executive Chef and Purchasing Manager on specialty items and research.
• Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of restaurant production.
• Monitor mise en place to ensure standards and accurate recipes.
