Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent vocational training.
• Minimum 3 years of culinary experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prep, set up, and provide quality service in all areas of food production.
• Cook 1 must demonstrate competency in grill, sauté, fish cookery, vegetables, braising, poaching, and egg cookery.
• Maintain and organize station and equipment to meet Chef’s expectations.
• Follow recipes and plating guides exactly as directed by Sous Chef.
• Communicate with Sous Chef and Kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
