• Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, forums, social media and networks to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Craft personalized outreach reflecting UT Health San Antonio's values and culture.
• Provide insights to improve candidate selection and reduce delays in hiring processes.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and report recruitment metrics.
• Attend job fairs to enhance UT Health San Antonio's recruitment brand and network with prospects.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
