Job summary

University Hospital is seeking a Per-diem HR Talent Sourcer Specialist to identify and recruit candidates for management and non-management vacancies. You will source passive and active candidates, build pipelines, and report on sourcing metrics under the Director of Talent Acquisition.

The role requires a Bachelor's in HR or related field and at least one year of HR experience, with demonstrated use of social networks and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, social science, or related field.
• At least 1 year of work experience with HR responsibilities.
• Recruiting experience with capability to navigate LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Develops recruitment activities such as job fairs and career days; builds relationships with educational communities to enhance recruitment.
• Completes sourcing recruitment for openings within specified timelines.
• Develops, communicates and executes recruiting plans and sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions.
• Researches, identifies and recruits candidates using innovative search methods; builds a candidate pipeline.
• Uses social, professional, and internet networking to generate leads and source candidates.
• Presents candidates to hiring managers and supports interviews.
