Job summary

Menzies Aviation is seeking a shift supervisor to lead operations on the ground, ensuring safe, efficient movement of personnel and passengers. You will schedule staff, monitor performance, and enforce client and company procedures with a strong focus on safety and customer service.

The role requires 18+ eligibility, reliable transportation, and clear communication. You will interact with clients, airlines, and passengers while upholding standards and adhering to training and regulatory

Qualifications

Must have the ability to supervise shift-based teams and ensure coverage.
Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
Must be 18 years of age or older and eligible to work.
Reliable telephone and transportation required to fulfill duties.
Must pass pre-employment checks and background verification.

Responsibilities

Schedule personnel daily and coordinate with General/Ops or Account Manager.
Monitor employee activity and make adjustments as needed.
Ensure compliance with all regulations, client requirements, and company procedures.
Maintain accurate timekeeping and reporting, including logs and files.
Communicate safety hazards and equipment issues to management.
Represent the company professionally to clients, passengers, and staff.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and proper uniform standards.
