Job summary

Menzies Aviation is hiring for a Passenger Services role in Houston. You will assist passengers and their property to ensure safe arrival at destinations, handling check-in, seating, documentation, and boarding operations for domestic and international flights.

The position requires being 18+, a valid driver’s license with FAA ID/seals, English proficiency, and the ability to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays. Expect indoor/outdoor duties and the need to lift up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess/maintain a valid Driver’s License and FAA ID/seals as required.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
• Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Work is indoors and outdoors – comfortable in all weather conditions.
• Able to lift, push and pull up to 70 lbs continuously.

Responsibilities

• Computerized check-in of passengers for international and domestic travel.
• Designate seat assignments.
• Verify documentation for international and domestic flights.
• Ensure correct boarding passes are provided to each passenger for the assigned charter flight.
• Verify ticket and seat reservations.
• Match manifest to on-board count.
• Assist with various governmental agency requirements.
• Connect and disconnect Jetway/stairs as necessary.
• Announce arrivals and departures as necessary.
