Worldwide Flight Services is seeking a Passenger Services Manager on Duty to oversee above-wing customer-facing operations, ensuring safe, efficient handling of flights, passengers, and baggage in a fast-paced airport setting.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with responsibility for real-time coordination with airline partners and airport authorities. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Formación

• Must have experience in airline or airport operations, with supervisory or management responsibilities.
• Knowledge of airline reservation and departure control systems is preferred.
• Willingness to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee check-in, boarding, and arrival processes to ensure a seamless passenger experience.
• Supervise gate agents and customer service representatives to uphold service standards.
• Manage passenger irregularities, including delays, cancellations, and denied boardings.
• Handle customer escalations and provide on-the-spot solutions.
• Act as primary decision-maker and point of contact during the shift.
• Conduct shift briefings and debriefings for operational staff.
