Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services is seeking a Manager on Duty (Ramp) to lead supervisory staff, manage staffing, and uphold safety and security standards. You will liaise between supervisors and upper management while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with TSA rules.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance, conducting audits, and enforcing company security plans. The role requires a college degree or equivalent, and airline pricing experience, with weekend and holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Two to five years previous management/supervisor experience in field service duties.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Airline pricing experience.
• Must be able to work weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), holidays and days off.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervisory personnel within assigned functional area and advise on staffing.
• Monitor discipline/corrective action and ensure customer satisfaction daily.
• Act as liaison between first level supervisor and upper management.
• Ensure compliance with security programs and TSA legislation.
• Oversee site security plan implementation and badge issuance.
• Maintain audits to ensure continuity and compliance at all times.
