Job summary

TDA AGH Airport Services in Warwick, RI is seeking a part-time Passenger Service Agent. You will be the friendly face guiding travelers through ticketing, boarding, and special assistance, ensuring compliance with safety and security rules.

The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays and involves working around aircraft and terminal operations. Responsibilities include assisting passengers with mobility needs, operating equipment for boarding, and coordinating with flight

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work calmly under time constraints in a high-pressure airport environment.
• Available to work varied shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to obtain authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must fulfill requirements to obtain a SIDA badge.

Responsibilities

• Process customer tickets, check baggage, monitor carry-on baggage, and assign seats.
• Provide accurate information on arrival/departure times and boarding procedures.
• Handle denied boarding situations and arrange hotel, meal, and taxi vouchers as needed.
• Enforce FAA, airline, and airport regulations at all times.
• Assist passengers with special needs, including wheelchair assistance and boarding support.
• Operate jet bridges, ADA ramps, and stairs to aid boarding and deplaning.
• Perform cabin cleaning and security checks between flights.
• Report safety hazards to supervision.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
