Job summary

TDA AGH is seeking a Passenger Service Agent to deliver exceptional customer service to travelers and support operations at our gates. You will handle ticketing, boarding, and special assistance while ensuring compliance with FAA and airport rules.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work calmly under time constraints in a high-pressure airport environment.
• Available to work varied shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must present a well-groomed, professional appearance.
• Must obtain authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must obtain a SIDA badge and pass fingerprint security screening.

Responsibilities

• Process tickets, check baggage, monitor carry-ons, and assign seats.
• Provide accurate information on arrivals/departures, boarding procedures, and seating.
• Handle denied boarding situations and issue vouchers as appropriate.
• Enforce FAA, airline, and airport regulations; ensure safety and security.
• Assist customers with special needs during boarding, including wheelchair assistance.
• Operate jet bridges, ADA ramps, and portable stairs for boarding/deplaning.
• Perform aircraft cabin cleaning and security searches between flights.
• Complete required training and follow trained tasks.
