Menzies Aviation is seeking a Passenger Service Supervisor to oversee the fast-paced airport passenger service environment, including check-in processing, ticketing, baggage handling, and customer assistance. You will ensure smooth operations at the gate and counter areas while adhering to safety and conduct guidelines.
Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in lead or supervisory roles, strong English communication, and the ability to remain calm under pressure in a busy aviation setting.

The Passenger Service Supervisor will have primary oversight of the fast-paced airport passenger service environment providing quality passenger service, ticketing, check-in processing, luggage claim handling and service assistance to all traveling passengers. This individual must adhere to Menzies Aviation uniform guidelines and codes of conduct

High School or better.
Minimum one (1) year of lead or supervisory experience.
One (1) year of wheelchair assistance, customer service, hospitality, or airport operations experience.
