Job summary

Menzies Aviation in the United States is seeking a Customer Service–oriented Passenger Services Agent to assist travelers and ensure smooth airport operations. You will perform computerized check-in, assign seats, and verify travel documents for both international and domestic flights.

Strong English communication and a minimum of one year in customer service are required. This role requires physical activity, shift flexibility including weekends and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 70

Role Purpose

As a member of our passenger services team, you will beassistingpassengers and their property to arrive safely at their destinations.

What you will be doing

• Computerized check-in of passengers for international and domestic travel.
• Designateseat assignments.
• Verify documentation for international and domestic flights.
• Ensure correct boarding passes are provided to each passenger for the assigned charter flight.
• Verify ticket and seat reservations.
• Match manifest to on-board count
• Assistwith various governmental agency requirements.
• Connect and disconnect Jetway/stairsas necessary.
• Announce arrivals anddeparturesas necessary.

What we are looking for:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• One (1) year Customer Service experience.
• HSD or GED
• Must meet all requirements to obtain an airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal (if applicable),
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
• Must be available and flexible toworkvariable shiftsincludingweekends and holidays.
• Work is done indoors and outdoors – must be comfortable working in all weather conditions.
• Able to continuously lift, push and pull up to 70 lbs.
