Job summary

Menzies Aviation in Montrose, CO is seeking a Passenger Services Agent to help travelers and their belongings reach their destinations safely and on time.

In this role you will perform computerized check-in, seat assignments, document verification, boarding passes issuance, and support jetway operations.

Flexibility for shifts including weekends/holidays, meeting English language requirements, and physical tasks up to 70 lbs are required. Training provided to ensure safety and security compliance.

Role Purpose

As a member of our passenger services team, you will beassistingpassengers and their property to arrive safely at their destinations.

What we are looking for:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• One (1) year Customer Service experience.
• HSD or GED
• Must meet all requirements to obtain an airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal (if applicable),
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
• Must be available and flexible toworkvariable shiftsincludingweekends and holidays.
• Work is done indoors and outdoors – must be comfortable working in all weather conditions.
• Able to continuously lift, push and pull up to 70 lbs.
