Job summary

YUTE Bethel is seeking a Customer Service Agent to serve passengers at our village stations. You will handle reservations, ticketing, check-in, and baggage processes while delivering friendly, accurate information and updates to travelers.

The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic aviation environment. Weekend and irregular hours are common, with comprehensive training provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred; airline/travel industry a plus.
• Strong communication skills in person and in writing.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist passengers with courtesy and professionalism.
• Make reservations and issue/modify tickets and itineraries.
• Check in passengers and process baggage; provide flight information.
• Answer calls with accurate information on reservations, schedules, fares, and policies.
• Inform passengers of status changes and delays.
• Prepare flight paperwork and verify accuracy of forms.
• Coordinate with crews and departments to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with boarding/deplaning following safety rules.
