Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a part-time Passenger Services Agent to perform check-in, document verification, seat assignments, and boarding pass issuance for international and domestic flights. You will maintain current flight times and communicate with passengers with professionalism.

Responsibilities include managing luggage workflows, assisting with baggage tags, matching manifests, and providing information while coordinating with airlines, service reps, and ground handlers.

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain a valid state driver's license and FAA/airport IDs or authorizations.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and walk for extended periods.
• Push, pull, lift, and load up to 70 pounds.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Mandarin speaking a plus.
