Job summary

Dnata in Dallas is seeking a part-time Passenger Services Agent to handle electronic check-in, document verification, seating, and boarding pass distribution for both international and domestic flights.

You will maintain flight-time knowledge, assist passengers, and liaise with Airlines, Customer Service Reps, and Ground Handlers, while supporting baggage and manifest processes as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to use basic computer applications and systems.

Responsibilities

• Electronic check-in of passengers for international travel.
• Verify documents for international and domestic flights.
• Assign passenger seats and ensure correct boarding passes.
• Match manifest to on-board count and announce arrivals/departures.
• Provide information to passengers and maintain liaison with staff.
• Assist with baggage tagging and baggage claim reports.

You will

• Electronic check-in of passengers for international travel
• Verification of documents for international and domestic flights
• Assign passenger seats.
• Ensure correct boarding passes are provided to each passenger for the assigned flight.
• Verify ticket and seat reservations.
• Match manifest to on-board count
• Announce arrivals and departures as necessary.
• Provide information to passengers/customers as requested.
• Connect/disconnect Jetway/stairs as necessary.
• Assist with baggage tagging and baggage claim reports.
• Maintain current knowledge of all flight times during designated shift.
• Maintain liaison with Airlines, Customer Service Representatives and Ground Handlers
• Performing other duties as assigned

You have

• Possess and maintain a valid state driver's license and other FAA/Airport required identification/seals or authorizations.
• Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess basic computer literacy.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and walk for extended periods of time.
• Push, pull, lift, and load up to 70 pounds.
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Arabic Speaking a plus
