Job summary

Menzies Aviation in Laredo, TX seeks a Passenger Services Associate to help passengers and their property reach their destinations safely. This role requires welcoming customers, documenting, and coordinating with team and gate staff in fast-paced environments.

You will perform check-in, seat assignments, document verification, boarding pass issuance, ticket and seat verification, manifest matching, and assist with government requirements while adhering to safety rules.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess/maintain a valid Driver’s License and FAA identification where required.
• Must be available to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Work is done indoors and outdoors; comfortable in all weather.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
