Job summary

Menzies Aviation is hiring for passenger services roles in Colorado Springs. You will assist passengers and luggage, check in for international and domestic flights, assign seats, verify documents, and ensure boarding passes are issued correctly for charter flights.

The role requires at least 18, one year of customer service experience, English proficiency, and the ability to obtain an airport SIDA badge. Shift flexibility and physical tasks are part of the job.

As a member of our passenger services team, you will beassistingpassengers and their property to arrive safely at their destinations.

What you will be doing

• Computerized check-in of passengers for international and domestic travel.
• Designateseat assignments.
• Verify documentation for international and domestic flights.
• Ensure correct boarding passes are provided to each passenger for the assigned charter flight.
• Verify ticket and seat reservations.
• Match manifest to on-board count
• Assistwith various governmental agency requirements.
• Connect and disconnect Jetway/stairsas necessary.
• Announce arrivals anddeparturesas necessary.

What we are looking for:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• One (1) year Customer Service experience.
• HSD or GED
• Must meet all requirements to obtain an airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal (if applicable),
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
• Must be available and flexible toworkvariable shiftsincludingweekends and holidays.
• Work is done indoors and outdoors – must be comfortable working in all weather conditions.
• Able to continuously lift, push and pull up to 70 lbs.
