Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of full-time verifiable work experience (or college coursework) are required.
• Demonstrated history of satisfactory attendance and safe work practices.
• Live within a 2-hour commute of the Crew Base is required.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and meet FRA vision, color vision, and hearing standards.

Responsibilities

• Support safe, efficient train operations by assisting the Conductor with movements and safety compliance.
• Enforce safety procedures and assist passengers during boarding and detraining.
• Perform yard operations and assist with train assembly and inspections.
• Organize checked baggage and ensure proper transfer of passengers and luggage.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address service disruptions.
