Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Event Coordinator to plan and coordinate in-store events, including children's birthday parties, and to deliver a fun, creative experience for guests.

You will assist customers, manage checkout experience, and support store operations while upholding safety standards and company policies. Prior retail or customer-service experience is preferred.

• Coordinate add-ons like goody bags and balloons to company standards.
• Assist customers, locate products, and provide solutions at checkout.
• Handle administrative tasks: emails, calls, and paperwork as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards during events.
