Parts Warehouse Worker

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., the largest Cat dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia, and western Maryland, is seeking a Parts Warehouse Worker to join our team. We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter to support our parts operations.

Position Summary:

Under the direction of the Parts Manager, the Parts Warehouse Worker will excel in clerical and warehouse tasks, including but not limited to:

1. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, demonstrating strong customer service skills.
2. Safely operating a forklift and handling freight deliveries.
3. Picking, putting away, and delivering parts accurately to designated areas.
4. Handling shipping, receiving, and freight documentation.
5. Fabricating hoses and inspecting cores and warranties.
6. Understanding inventory control principles.
7. Completing paperwork accurately with minimal supervision.
8. Communicating effectively in written and verbal forms.
9. Possessing mechanical aptitude and intermediate computer skills, including MS Word and Excel.
10. Learning new software such as Warrtrack and SIB requests.
11. Problem-solving and decision-making.
12. Organizing and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
13. Working independently in a fast-paced environment.
14. Performing additional duties as assigned and working overtime as required.
15. Familiarity with our product line is a plus.
16. Maintaining professional behavior aligned with Cleveland Brothers' Mission, Vision, and Values.

Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or GED required.
2. Associate’s degree or technical training preferred.
3. Experience in customer support within a mechanical/parts environment is highly desirable.
4. Equivalent education, skills, and experience will be considered.
