Parts Warehouse Worker at Cleveland Brothers

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., the largest Cat dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia, and western Maryland, is seeking a Parts Warehouse Worker to join our team of established parts professionals.

Position Summary:

Under the direction of the Parts Manager, the Parts Warehouse Worker will be responsible for various clerical and warehouse tasks within Parts Operations, including but not limited to:

1. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment; demonstrating strong customer service skills.
2. Safely operating a forklift and loading/unloading parts trucks and freight deliveries.
3. Picking, putting away, and delivering parts orders accurately to designated shop and will-call areas.
4. Handling shipping, receiving, and freight in/outbound processes.
5. Fabricating hoses and inspecting/processing cores and warranties accurately and efficiently.
6. Understanding basic inventory control principles.
7. Performing tasks independently with minimal supervision; completing paperwork accurately.
8. Communicating effectively in written and verbal forms.
9. Possessing mechanical aptitude.
10. Using intermediate computer skills, including MS Word and Excel.
11. Learning new software such as Warrtrack, literature/media requests, SIB requests.
12. Resolving problems and making sound decisions.
13. Being organized and detail-oriented, managing multiple tasks effectively.
14. Working independently in a fast-paced environment.
15. Performing additional tasks as directed and working overtime as required.
16. Having familiarity with the product line is a plus.
17. Maintaining professional behavior aligned with Cleveland Brothers' Mission, Vision, and Values.

Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or GED required.
2. Associate’s degree in a business discipline or technical school preferred.
3. Experience in customer support within a mechanical/parts environment, with the ability to quickly learn computer systems, is highly preferred.
4. An appropriate combination of education, skills, and experience will be considered.
