Job summary

4Rivers Equipment in Colorado is seeking a Parts Specialist to help customers find the right parts, accessories, and solutions while ensuring a positive shopping experience.

You will provide excellent service, answer calls, identify and suggest parts, process orders, and work with the team to keep the department organized and efficient. Training for forklift certification is provided; pay is commensurate with experience, and benefits include healthcare, 401(k), and paid time off.

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate computer and math skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all customers
• Answer phone calls in a professional and timely manner
• Assist customers in identifying and purchasing parts; provide recommendations
• Fulfill customer orders in person, online, and over the phone
• Cooperate with the team to reach goals and maintain organization throughout the department
• Receive, verify, stock, ship, and pull parts
• Keep work area and assigned warehouse areas neat, clean, and organized
• Assist with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays
• Maintain inventory integrity by participating in cycle count verification
• Obtain forklift certification (on-the-job training and certification provided)
• Maintain the condition of department vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment
• Handle on-call duty when assigned and perform other duties as assigned by management

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
