The Parts Warehouse Associate ensures timely and accurate receipt of freight, organizes incoming stock, and files packing slips for the Parts Department. Efficiency and collaboration are key in this role, alongside other responsibilities.

  • When interacting with customers, seeks to deliver exceptional guest experiences by going above and beyond. When not interacting with guests, prioritize helping other team members deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ensures accurate and timely receipt of freight, accurately places incoming stock in the proper locations, and files packing slips in numerical order.
  • Promptly notifies sales personnel and/or management of clients' issues, returns, or problems with drivers and deliveries as necessary.
  • Assist with scheduling of deliveries, including routing and special requests.
  • Coordinates activities of contract delivery drivers.
  • Ensures proper disposal of parts with factory, company, and environment guidelines.
  • Informs management of any irregularities in parts available for return to the factory.
  • Maintains separate warranty storage area organized by Repair Order (RO).
  • Maintains shipping supplies inventory; notifies Parts Manager of needed items.
  • Manages all shipping processes, including shipping of warranty parts back to factory.
  • Initiates all paperwork relating to damages, shortages, and vendor returns.
  • Assists with regular parts department inventories and selection of parts for returns.
  • Immediately informs management of any stock outages or discrepancies.
  • Takes a leading role in bin organization and parts stocking.
  • Follows federal, state, and local law and company policy about safeguarding all information.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills and ability to maintain a professional image and demeanor.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bi-lingual is always a plus!
  • Must be at least eighteen years of age.
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background and drug test).
