The Service Greeter is the first point of contact for arriving service customers at the dealership. The role involves welcoming customers, assisting within the service department, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

  1. Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate dealership representative or waiting area.
  2. Communicate with dealership staff about customers' arrivals and needs.
  3. Coordinate with the service department to keep scheduled appointments on track.
  4. Move vehicles through the service lane to the shop.
  5. Return vehicles to the service lane for customers once work is completed.
  6. Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor.
  7. Enjoy interacting with customers.
  8. Follow manufacturer recommended procedures.
  9. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Possess a valid Driver’s License.
  11. Be at least eighteen years old.
  12. Have a high school diploma or military equivalent.
  13. Pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test).
